We handle the logistics of picking up your donations and ensuring they reach Make It Home’s warehouses, where they are prepared to furnish homes for families and individuals coming out of homelessness or the foster care system.
What Can You Donate?
Make It Home accepts a wide range of items, including:
– Desks, dressers, and nightstands
– Sofas (under 8 feet), loveseats, and easy chairs (non-reclining, under 3 feet wide)
– Dining tables (under 4.5 feet), dining chairs, and coffee tables
– Kitchenware, small kitchen appliances, and lamps
– New sheet sets, towels, pillows, and bedding
– Miscellaneous items like toolkits and area rugs (up to 8×10 feet)
